Suite Sleep Return and Warranty Information
Suite Sleep is an authorized distributor for Sleeptek Ltd. of Canada
Suite Sleep, LLC has a replace or repair policy. Refunds are not given due to the personal nature of our products. Mattresses and bedding products are considered personal products which cannot be returned and have no resale value. All shipments are marked as to its contents or contain a packing slip. It is the responsibility of the customer to check the packing slip against the order/invoice. Please notify us immediately if there is a problem.
Suite Sleep, LLC has a 20% restocking fee for all items returned without prior authorization. Returns will not be accepted without prior factory authorization. A 20% re-stocking fee will be assessed to all returns not covered under the warranty.
Customer will assume all shipping costs for goods refused at time of delivery. Suite Sleep, LLC will not be liable for shipments damaged by freight carriers, but will assist in recovering costs and ordering a replacement product.
Allergies to materials are NOT considered defects, and the manufacturer will not grant an exchange. Please contact us for test materials.
