Frequently Asked QuestionsWhat are your shipping charges?Shipping is free for all orders shipping within the Continental U.S!As long as you are within the Continental U.S. there will not be any shipping charged on any item you purchase from us. We pay all the shipping for you! Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or CanadaIf you are in HI, AK, PR, VI or Canada, we will need to charge you for shipping since it does cost more to ship to these areas. Not all items can be shipped to these areas. Please contact us to let us know exactly what you would like to order, the size, and your shipping address. We will get back to you ASAP with a shipping quote. How Soon Will I Receive My Order?We have products from several different manufacturers, and in most cases, the products are shipped directly from the manufacturer to you. Each product page displays the usual shipping timeframe for that item. We continually keep in touch with the manufacturer to make certain your order is shipped on time. We are in contact with the manufacturers every day to check stock levels, but occasionally an item may sell out faster than we can update our product page. If that happens, we will contact you ASAP to let you know and we keep on top of it until you have received your order. You will receive an email when your order is shipped and you can log in to your account to see tracking info. Feel free to log in to your account (click on Your Account in the top menu) at any time to view the status of your order. Do you charge sales tax?Sales tax will be charged on orders shipping to an address within the state of California only. If you live in another state, you will not be charged any tax. What is your return policy?See Return Policies Why did I receive two or more order confirmation receipts?Since many of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturers, if your order contains products from more than one manufacturer, you may receive separate receipt and shipping confirmations.
