The seminar will be in two parts, morning and afternoon.
In the morning we will discuss the derivation and clinical application of the Five Constitutional-Character Types according to the logic of Five Phase Theory. This will include a slide presentation, an interactive exercise and, if time permits, one or two case illustrations.
In the afternoon portion, we will discuss the application of the Five Types method to describing and understanding child development and constitutional typing in children. This will also include a slide presentation in which we will construct and deconstruct our methodology followed by a discussion of a few selected cases from my practice and cases brought in by the seminar’s participants. Participants will be expected to bring at least one, and preferably two, write-ups of pediatric patients and/or write-ups of their young relatives or their own children.
There will be an online form that can be downloaded for submitting case histories.
