Organic Cotton Mattress - Sleep in pure, healthy bliss on luxurious pure organic cotton!

Organic cotton is the safest, most non-toxic mattress material available. Cotton is also firm and breathable and makes an excellent mattress material for deep, healthy sleep.

This organic cotton mattress contains Royal-Pedic's Swiss designed - double heat tempered - 704i innerspring unit, 10oz. organic cotton fabric insulator pad, compressed quilted layers of organic cotton positioned in the center-third for extra support where it’s needed most, layers of first-cut, organic staple cotton padding, and 10oz. Peruvian 100% organic cotton covering.

Royal-Pedic's craftsmen English hand tuft the mattress the old fashioned way with a long needle and European tufting straps to further pre-compress the cotton padding for firmer back support, to minimize body impressions, and prevent the cotton padding from shifting. They install flexible, T-Spring side supports along the perimeter of the innerspring unit for edge to edge sleeping comfort and support.

The Finest Long Staple Cotton
The organic cotton padding we use is of the highest grade. Using the longer cotton fibers blended together to make layers for the mattresses insures there will be a consistent, supportive sleeping surface so you won't get lumps.

No fire retardants, natural or synthetic, are added to this mattress; therefore a doctor’s prescription is required.

Royal-Pedic's Craftsmanship

Specifications:

Mattress thickness = 8” – 8 ½” thick. Box Spring thickness = 7 ½” – 8” thick. The number of coils in our mattresses is as follows: Twin / 416 coils, Twin XL / 444 coils, Full / 580 coils, Queen / 704 coils, King / 883 coils - 14½ gauge thick, double heat tempered coil wire.

This is an orthopedic firm mattress. Pillowtop Pads provide extra cushioning and pressure point relief. We offer the Royal-Pedic Natural Organic Pillowtop Pad in 2”, 3”, and 4” available thickness options. Thus, you can enjoy orthopedic back support with a plush surface feel. All of these Pillowtop Pads feature 10oz. Peruvian 100% organic cotton covering, needle punched French wool quilting on one side, and layering of Talalay natural latex. The 2” version is a knife edge construction, whereas, the 3” and 4” thick versions have a boxed edge sidewall construction featuring French wool quilting in the border as well. 

Box Spring:

Royal-Pedic's Box Spring is “true flex” design with actual flexibility for enhanced comfort. Patented Dyna-Lock interlocking design provides firm uniform support and livelier spring action. Heavy duty 6-gauge spring steel border enhances edge support and resiliency.  The H-2 box spring surface features a layer of 10oz. organic cotton fabric supporting a layer of organic staple cotton padding, and is encapsulated in Peruvian 10oz. organic cotton fabric. Brass corner guards provide a finished high end look and protection without using plastic corner guards.

This box spring is Royal-Pedic's upgraded, top of the line, Double Diamond box spring which contains approximately 22% more coils than their usual box spring. There are 50% more coils in the center third of the box spring where it’s needed most. Coils are mounted to a Five Star Hotel Grade wood slat construction for extra durability. Box spring support doesn’t get any better!

In the 48 contiguous states, our "White Glove" delivery service will remove the old mattress or mattress set for an additional $75.00. Mattress removal must be requested at time of order placement.

Warranty and Returns:
These organic beds are custom made and are not returnable for any reason. Royal-Pedic warranties mattresses and box springs against defects in both material and workmanship for ten years. See Warranty and Care Instructions.
