Shipping Twin and Adult Mattresses, Box Springs, and Foundations
Some mattress and bedding items are in-stock and will ship within a week. Most items are not kept in stock and will ship directly from the manufacturer. Individual mattresses have estimated shipping timeframes listed on the product page. Please contact us if you would like a more accurate shipping time estimate. Mattresses and foundations are shipped via common carrier and most bedding is shipped via UPS.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped, if applicable.
Free Shipping Is To-The-Door Only
When the mattress or foundation product is received at the closest terminal to your residence, a representative of the common carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery time. Items will not be brought inside the door and will be brought no closer than the threshold of the residence. It is your responsibility to bring the items inside and set the items up.
An exception to this is shipment of the Blissful Sleep organic cotton mattress. This free shipping includes Royal-Pedic's White Glove delivery service - includes delivery, set up, and packaging removal.
Optional In Home Set-Up Delivery - Additional Charge - $100

When the product is received at the closest terminal to your residence, a representative will contact you to arrange delivery. Delivery includes 15 minutes set-up time. Note that using this service may increase ship time by 2-3 weeks. Contact us for estimated ship date.

Transit Damage & Loss
It is the customer's responsibility to report a claim for damage or loss in transit by the carrier. It must be reported to the driver at the time of delivery. It MUST be noted in writing on the Bill of Lading or Waybill provided by the driver. Important! Concealed damage MAY NOT be claimed with any carrier and it is the responsibility of the consignee (customer) to inspect contents of ALL boxes BEFORE signing the Bill of Lading.
All claims must be made within 10 business days of delivery and MUST follow the claims procedures outlined below.

Claims & Reimbursement procedures:

Written notice on the BOL (Bill of Lading) at time of delivery with detailed description of damage.

Digital photos of damage

You must be available for a claims inspector to come and inspect freight

You must get written authorization after inspection to return product to manufacturer

A new Purchase Order to replace or repair damaged product.

You must pay for the replacement product and you will be reimbursed for damaged product when we are reimbursed from the carrier for the amount which is reimbursed to us. The entire cost of the product may not necessarily be reimbursed depending on the circumstances of the claim.
