Return Policies

We take pride in the quality and value of everything we offer on Healthy Child. Our goal is to make you happy. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, please let us know via e-mail or by calling us at 800-402-8841. We will assist you politely and promptly in trying to resolve the issue.

Returning an Item

Most products sold on Healthy Child are shipped directly to you from the manufacturers. We work with several manufacturers who have different return policies and warranties. Please see the return policy provided on each individual product page.

Please do not ship any return products to Healthy Child since we will have to forward ship it to the manufacturer and charge you for the additional shipping. You must first call or email us so we can give you a return authorization code and the correct shipping address for your return. The manufacturer will contact us when they have credited our account, and we will promptly process your refund. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges both ways. We are not liable for any damages to a product during return shipping so shipping insurance is recommended. If you return an item to a manufacturer who does not allow returns on the item, we cannot process a refund.

Returns of items where Free Gift Card was received with purchase

If you received a free gift card with your purchase, the value of the gift card will be deducted from your refund amount, unless the gift card is unused. Similarly, if the item you are returning made you eligible for a discount on another item, the amount of the discount will be deducted from the refund.
