What are your shipping charges?

Free Standard Shipping within the Continental U.S!

Standard shipping is free for all orders shipping within the Continental U.S!

Shipping Outside the Continental US or Shipping to Canada

If you are in HI, AK, PR, VI Canada, or other countries, we will need to charge you for shipping since it does cost more to ship to these areas. Not all items can be shipped to these areas. Please contact us to let us know exactly what you would like to order, the size, and your shipping address. We will get back to you ASAP with a shipping quote. NOTE: When placing your order to these areas from the online shopping cart, even though it says item qualifies for free shipping, you will be notified that shipping charges must be added before item can be shipped to your area. We will give you a quote and ask you for permission to add shipping charges before charging your card.

How Soon Will I Receive My Order?

We have products from several different manufacturers, and in most cases, the products are shipped directly from the manufacturer to you. Each product page displays the usual shipping timeframe for that item. We continually keep in touch with the manufacturer to make certain your order is shipped on time. We are in contact with the manufacturers every day to check stock levels, but occasionally an item may sell out faster than we can update our product page. If that happens, we will contact you ASAP to let you know and we keep on top of it until you have received your order. You will receive an email with tracking info when your order is shipped.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax will be charged on orders shipping to an address within the state of California only. If you live in another state, you will not be charged any tax.
