Strengthening your family’s immunity is vital – now more than ever!

The immune system is a complex network of factors and components that has an extraordinary ability to adapt and respond to challenges such as bacterial and viral infections. It is of the utmost importance to optimize this amazing immune system and the overall health of your body and mind – since this is what determines frequency and severity of illness.

When you develop strong immunity through good nutrition, plenty of sleep, regular exercise, emotional well-being, key supplements and a low-stress lifestyle, you will be more resilient to fight off infectious diseases. And if you do get sick, your immune system will help you to recover from these illnesses.

There’s a lot of fearful news about COVID-19. Ironically fear, anxiety and stress are immune depleting and can make you more susceptible to illness.

How do you relieve the stress and fear?

Turn off the news. The news is filled with fear-based hype that is designed to make you worry. What’s needed is empowering information on increasing health and immunity, so you can take the steps necessary to keep your family safe and healthy.

The two most important things to do are -  optimize your gut flora (microbiome) and maintain a sufficient vitamin D level.
