Shipping Information

Standard Shipping is free for orders delivered within the Contiguous U.S. (see exceptions below) We pay all the standard shipping for you!

Exception – NYC freight shipping

Naturepedic freight orders (twin – king mattresses/boxsprings/toppers) shipping to a New York City zip code incur a $100 surcharge. Freight companies charge $100 more for orders delivered within New York City zip code areas. We pay standard shipping, but will charge you the $100 surcharge for NYC area deliveries.

Healthy Child does not add any fees to the actual cost to ship.

Exception – In Home Delivery

Healthy Child pays a portion of In Home Delivery shipping method. If your order is shipping via In Home Delivery we will provide a shipping quote to you and pay a portion of the shipping cost.

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands

If your order is shipping to HI, AK, PR, VI or Canada, there will be additional shipping charges for your order. Not all items can be shipped to these areas. Please contact us for a shipping quote. Please list the products and sizes you want, plus your entire shipping address when you email us.

PLEASE NOTE: Your order will checkout with free shipping, and shipping cost will be charged to your method of payment after you accept the quote.

Shipping Outside the U.S.

We do not ship to countries outside the U.S. and Canada.

Shipping APO

We are sorry that we cannot ship to APO addresses.

Shipping Methods and Timeframes

Most orders ship to you directly from the manufacturer. Each manufacturer has their own shipping method and shipping timeframes. In most cases, you will find the shipping timeframes on each individual product page for that particular product.

Your order will be processed immediately and we maintain contact with the manufacturer to ensure your item is shipped ASAP. We will send you tracking info after your item has shipped.

If you don’t see a shipping timeframe, feel free to contact us, since shipping timeframes can change frequently, and we can let you know what to expect.

Please note that we do everything possible to get your order shipped within the timeframes listed on our site. However, sometimes manufacturers will run out of items before they are able to let us know and sometimes there are shipping delays that are beyond our control. In that case, we will let you know ASAP and we will follow up on your order until it is shipped. Rest assured that we do everything possible to get your  order to you as quickly as possible.

Expedited Shipping

Contact us if you would like overnight, 2-day, or 3-day shipping and we will let you know if it is possible and the cost. Certain heavy items, such as mattresses and furniture, cannot be shipped via these expedited shipping methods.
